This programme is to help beginners/intermediate and even advanced Gym members to learn techniques on basic squat, push up, lunge, to help prevent injury and how to get the best results on their programs to build endurance and strong bodies.
Cost: $5 members • $10 Non member MUST BOOK & PAY AT RECEPTION
Friday evenings 6pm-7pm
Wednesday mornings 6am-7am
4-8 people maximum Any Age Any Level of fitness 45-60 min long
